Every child develops in their own way, but growth is strongest when supported by a connected community. The federation needed a brand that could represent the shared values and collective strength of the organisation while celebrating the individuality of its schools, staff, and learners.

Inspired by the journey of learning and development, the identity centred around a family of tree-inspired marks, symbolising growth, nurturing environments, and strong roots. A flexible visual system was created to unite the federation under a common identity while giving each school and educational initiative its own recognisable voice through colour and application.

I was responsible for the creative development of the identity system and its application across digital platforms. This included logo design, brand architecture, website design, and the creation of a cohesive visual language that could be adapted across multiple schools and educational organisations while maintaining a consistent and approachable brand experience.
